Mountain Home Teens Facing Charges For Helping Third Run Away From Home

Mountain Home, AR. – Two teen individuals from Mountain Home are facing criminal charges following another instance of young adults assisting a minor in escaping from home.

This incident involves a 16-year-old male from Mountain Home who wished to run away from home. Two older teens from Mountain Home, Gaben Kline, 19, and Skyler Henson, 18, assisted the juvenile in their escape. Assistance came in the form of driving the youth to Ava, and getting him a hotel room there.

The probable cause affidavit in this case goes on to state the assisting pair drove the juvenile’s car close to Henson’s residence and left it abandoned, and even went so far as to clean fingerprints from the inside of the vehicle, and got rid of the keys.

The juvenile was reported missing on April 26th and was found in Springfield on May 3rd. Kline and Henson are looking at charges of Felony Interference with Custody, and Misdemeanor Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. They have both been booked and have been released following $5,000 bond for each.
