Mountain Home, AR. – A woman from Mountain Home was found unconscious in a vehicle earlier this month and has received drug possession charges as a result.
This event happened on August 4th, when Patrolman Petty with the Mountain Home Police found a suspicious vehicle sitting in the parking lot of Fellowship Church. According to the probable cause statement, Officer Petty found an unconscious woman inside who didn’t respond to verbal stimulus. After opening the door and waking her up, the female exhibited signs of mentally altered status.
The woman showed up on-file with a search waiver and a search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine. The woman was identified as Rhonda Clark, 50 of Mountain Home, and was on-file due to being on parole from a 2nd Degree Murder charge from 2012.
Clark was booked for a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Meth, a Class D Felony. She has since been released on $5,000 bond. She is expected to appear back in court on September 25th.
