The Mountain View-Birch Tree R-III School District is excited to announce the appointment of Mrs. Katie Shockley as the new Elementary Assistant Principal. With 21 years of experience in education, Mrs. Shockley brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new leadership role.
Mrs. Shockley’s career began in the district at Liberty Middle School, and she is eager to return to serve the school community once again. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Administration from Missouri State University and has taught grades K-12 with certifications in elementary education, middle school math and science, high school math and science, and physical education.
