The City of Mountain View Board of Aldermen will convene for its next regular meeting on Tuesday, April 15 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located at 120 N. Oak Street. The meeting is open to the public.
The agenda includes a mix of old and new business, ranging from policy decisions to project updates and community partnerships. Among the key items under old business are discussion of a hay bid, updates to the city’s Code of Ethics policy, and a review of dumpster rental rates.
New business will kick off with the swearing in of new council members and the election of a Mayor Pro-Tem. Other topics include a proposal from MVBT Liberty to lease the tennis complex, financial and department reports, multiple invoice approvals, and an award of bid for an airport pavement grant.
The council will also consider appointments to the Planning & Zoning Commission, a waiver request for a Community Center event, and parking concerns on Oak Street. Additionally, updates on the Ozarks Small Business Incubator, the Municipal Golf Course event schedule, and city officials’ training in Springfield on May 2 are on the agenda.
