Mountain View Community Outreach Center has recently been notified that the building they are located in has sold, and will need to be vacated by July 31, 2025.
Established as a non profit 501(c)3 “Community Outreach” in 2023, the Center has given approximately 100,000 articles of clothing to people of Mountain View and surrounding communities. Every item is donated by the community, and the generous volunteers process, tag, and display the clothing for quarterly giveaways.
In addition, other donated items are sold in the thrift store, with funds used to pay rent, utilities, and purchase needed fixtures.
As of now, the Board of Directors has not found a suitable location to continue this ministry to the community, so they are asking for suggestions. (The current building is 20000 square feet.)
