West Plains, MO. – The Mountain View man charged with the shooting death of Allan Brewer on August 8, 2020 was found guilty by a Reynolds County Jury.
Daymond Reeves was found guilty for the charges of 1st Degree Murder and Armed Criminal Action. The trial was held in late November 2022 and information on the case was recently unlocked by the courts.
Our article on the arrest of Reeves spoke on how it appeared to be a road rage incident that led to the murder of Brewer. In a civil suit on May 31st of last year, Reeves was ordered to pay $3,000,000 to the family for the wrongful death of Allan Brewer.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 7, 2023. Reeves could be sentenced to life without parole or sentenced to death. The attorney for Reeves has made a motion for a new trial to be held.
