A 30-year-old Mountain View man sustained moderate injuries in an accident on County Road 526, eight miles northeast of Winona on Sunday evening.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol the accident occurred when a 2018 Jeep Wrangler ran off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, hit a tree and overturned. He was transported by ambulance to Mercy St. Francis Hospital in Mountain View.

The driver is facing charges of DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving and No Seatbelt. He was released for medical attention.
