According to Troop G of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 20-year-old Van Buren resident was injured in a Tuesday afternoon traffic accident.
Daniel Davis was seriously injured when his vehicle was struck by another vehicle, which failed to yield to oncoming traffic. Davis was taken by air ambulance to a Poplar Bluff hospital.

The accident happened at 4:10 p.m. Tuesday, at the intersection of Highway 60 and Route W near Van Buren.
