MSHP Troop G reports 18th Roadway Fatality for 2021

Willow Springs – Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G reported their 18th roadway fatality for 2021 on August 21.

The accident happened at 7:46 P.M. on Saturday night in Reynolds county on Highway HH ten miles south of Ellington. An eastbound 2012 Ford F150 driven by Joseph Miller, 34 of Ellington, crossed the centerline and traveled off the left side of the roadway. The Ford struck a tree before coming to a rest.

Miller was pronounced dead at the scene at 8:39 P.M. by Wayne County EMS. This is Troop G’s 18th fatality for 2021 as compared with 23 this time in 2020. The accident was investigated by Trooper K. Hall with the assistance of Cpl. J. Heimsoth of Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop G.
