Cabool, MO. – The Cabool Fire Department issued a statement not long ago, stating they were assisting a tractor trailer that is stuck on the icy conditions on the road.
This is happening on Route 181 between Texas and Douglas counties, and it means that traffic is now blocked moving Northbound along that road.
In addition, according to the MoDOT traveler map, there are two routes that are currently closed. This is addressed to Route 19 between Alton and Winona, and Route 137 moving North from Willow Springs.
Lastly, Highway 60 from Mountain View to Cabool is considered “covered” according to the map. Drivers travelling on all roads should be aware of slippery conditions present even on roads that have been worked on by Department of Transportation crews.
