WILLOW SPRINGS – Contractor crews will reconstruct the road network surrounding Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. The new signalized intersection on Route 63 will provide greater access to the new Medical Office Building and the newly relocated Emergency Room, enhancing intersection improvements, reconstruct the road network surrounding the medical center safety, and relieving congestion in the area. The project was selected under Governor Parson’s 2019 cost-share program.
During construction, intermittent lane closures will occur on northbound U.S. Route 63 between 8th Street and Broadway Street.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Feb. 7 through Thursday, June 23 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, including weekends as necessary.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use caution while traveling in the area.
