Ava, MO. – A Norwood man has been arrested on August 1st on several felony charges, including sexual misconduct with a child, burglary, and more.
Files and information on this case are scarce, considering the sensitive information regarding the victim(s). The grand jury indictment of Brian Jerome Kile, a Norwood resident, was filed July 20th. He was then arrested on the 1st, with his warrant being served on the 3rd.
The indictment states that Kites broke into a structure in order to commit sexual misconduct therein to a victim less than 15 years in age.
His official felony charges include Burglary 1st Degree, Sexual Misconduct Involving A Child Under 15 – 1st Offense, Child Molestation – 4th Degree – Child Less Than 17 Yoa And Offender Greater Than 4 Years Older, and Sexual Abuse – 2nd Degree.
His first court appearance is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19th.
