This newsletter includes all sorts of helpful tips on winter weather safety, how to understand the jargon associated with weather reporting, measuring snowfall, and more.

The first day of Winter begins on Thursday, December 21st. The first day of meteorological Winter is 20 days earlier, beginning Friday, December 1st.
