At 9:23 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2020, offender Michael Anderson confined to South Central Correctional Center in Licking, Missouri, was pronounced dead at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri.
Anderson was a 28-year-old male serving a 3-year sentence for theft/stealing from Boone County and a possession of firearm conviction from Out of State.
Anderson was received in the Missouri Department of Corrections on Aug. 9, 2017.
An autopsy will be conducted.
