West Plains, MO. – In a recent meeting, the West Plains Council on the Arts gave a review and update on the Old-Time Music, Ozark Heritage Festival, which had its 30th anniversary just this past June. Changes are expected next year, the biggest of all being that next year’s festival will be in October.
The specific date appears to be the third full weekend of October next year, which will land on October 18th, 2025.

In addition, a mini festival has been planned for September 7th of this year as a preview for next year’s festivities. There will be live music, demonstrations, and more. In addition, discussion over next year’s festival will take place with those who attend.
