West Plains, MO. – One person was injured during a traffic crash that slowed traffic near Mountain View on Sunday night. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the incident occurred at 7:34 p.m. on State Route W, 2.4 miles south of Mountain View.
A southbound 2007 Dodge Caravan driven by Leanda Russell, age 38 of Birch Tree, crossed the centerline and struck a northbound 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 driven by Kleveland Gastineau, age 26 of Mtn. View.

Russell was the only injured party and was taken by ambulance to Mercy St. Francis in Mountain View for treatment.
