A Poplar Bluff woman was seriously injured in a crash in Carter County on U.S. Highway 60, just west of Ellsinore. The Missouri State Highway Patrol tells Ozark Radio News that the woman struck a vehicle that was being towed by the other driver involved in the crash. The woman was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Cape Girardeau. The other driver was not injured.
