Shannon County, Mo. – A one-vehicle crash occurred this morning, February 8th, at approximately 2:55 AM. A westbound 2014 Freightliner driven by Joseph Richards, 65 of Ellington MO, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. Richards was wearing his safety device and escaped the incident with moderate injuries, where he was transported via ambulance to Mercy in Mountain View. The vehicle was totaled in the accident and was towed. This incident was investigated by Trooper K.W. Etherton
