West Plains, MO. – A one-vehicle crash occurred on 160 just one mile out of West Plains going eastbound. A 1987 AMC Wrangler driven by William Jarrett, 23 of Cabool, ran off the right side of the roadway and impacted with the ground before overturning. There were two other occupants in the vehicle: Amie Thompson, 19 of Cabool, and a 2 year old juvenile, also of Cabool. The driver sustained serious injuries in the crash, but the passengers only suffered minor injuries. This accident was investigated by Trooper L.C. Pruiett of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
