Mountain Grove, MO. – A one-vehicle crash occurred on Saturday, March 19th at roughly 10:25 PM. A 2004 Ford Mustang driven by Zachary Pekarek, 22, of Rogersville, was traveling westbound on Highway 60 near Mountain Grove when the incident took place.
The accident reportedly happened when Pekarek overcorrected and slid sideways, traveled off the right side of the roadway, went airborne, impacted an embankment and overturned. Despite the intensity of the crash, Pekarek escaped with only moderate injuries. He was wearing his safety device.
