National Collection Week for Operation Christmas Child will be November 16-23.
The Samaritan’s Purse project Operation Christmas Child collects shoeboxes filled with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way.
In West Plains there will be TWO drop-off locations for people to bring their shoebox gifts: First Baptist Church West Plains and Trinity Worship Center. There will also be a drop off location at First Baptist Church – Thayer. Each will serve as a Curbside Drop-Off Location.
Donors will be able to remain in their vehicles as volunteers receive their information and unload their shoebox gifts. Volunteers will wear masks and gloves to ensure the safety of the donors.
