Oregon County Taking Bids for Replacement of Low-Water Crossings

Alton, MO. – Yesterday evening, Oregon County Associate Commissioner Jake Parker announced that Oregon County will be taking bids for the replacement of several low-water bridges. The official announcement can be read below.


Low Water Crossing Installations The County Road Department is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of five (5) low‑water crossings located within the county road system.Project Scope Contractors will be responsible for the full installation of five low‑water crossings, including all labor, materials, equipment, and compliance with applicable standards.
 
All contractors must carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage if needed. A mandatory on‑site bid walk‑through will be held.
