West Plains, MO. – The recipient of the 2023 ORN Cares Charity event has been chosen. It is an organization with an office in Mountain Grove known as FosterAdopt Connect.
FosterAdopt Connect is a 501(c)3 non-profit that exists as a bridge for those who find themselves as foster parents and need to cross the hurdles of the welfare system and how to better incorporate their adoptee into their lives.
This concept comes about in several forms and services including classes and assistance in navigating the child welfare system, public events, connections with other non-profits, an advocacy program, a food pantry and clothing closet, and more.
