West Plains, MO. – Local charity ORN Cares has changed its name to Give Local First and is currently looking for its 2024 recipient.
As Ozark Radio Network has become Ozark Marketing Company and has been joined by The Ozark Horse Trader, organizers with ORN Cares saw that it was time for a change as well. As ORN Cares has been focused on giving to local charities, first and foremost, organizers sought a name that accurately reflected that goal, choosing Give Local First.
Ozark Marketing Company and The Ozark Horse Trader are making plans for the upcoming year and are now taking applications for a regional organization. In 2023, our charity golf tournament was the biggest in the area with 82 teams and raising over $20,000 for our recipient Foster Adopt Connect. The deadline for eligible applications will be October 31st. For questions, contact Vanessa Williams at 417-256-3131.
