Ozark Radio News had the opportunity to speak with West Plains City Councilwoman Jessica Nease.
Nease and the city council recently met for its regular April meeting ( a video of the meeting in its entirety can be found below). The council voted in favor of agreeing to a new lease agreement, which would add 21 new golf carts to the city’s municipal golf course. Nease was the only council member to vote no on the agreement.
