Out-of-State Driver Crashes Vehicle into North Fork River

Dora, MO. – A driver from Wisconsin is facing criminal charges after crashing their vehicle in the North Fork River on Friday, May 26th.

This accident occurred at 10:15 pm, when Jennie Nutty, a 48-year-old from Amery, WI., ran off the roadway in her Chevy Equinox, struck a road sign, and overturned in the river. This happened on Patrick Bridge on H Highway, south of Dora.

Nutty sustained only minor injuries and was taken to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains.

Nutty was driving while intoxicated during the crash and is looking at charges which include Driving While Intoxicated, and Failure to Maintain Driving on the Right Half of the Roadway.
