“Owl-O-Ween” Event Shows Off Nocturnal Raptors of the Ozarks

Winona, MO. – The Missouri Department of Conservation and the Dickerson Park Zoo are partnering up to give the public a chance to see the beautiful nocturnal raptors of the Ozarks with their upcoming Owl-O-Ween event on October 25th.

Happening at the Twin Pines Conservation Education Center at 6pm, this presentation will give all who attend a prime opportunity to view local owls, along with professionals who know how to care for them. Those who wish to learn about these creatures will find this a fun and entertaining event.

Attendance is free, but registration is required and must be done by going online to mdc.mo.gov.

The Twin Pines Conservation Education Center can be found at US Highway 60, one mile East of Winona.
