Ozark Artery to Host Art Exhibit: RED

West Plains, MO. – Ozark Artery, in partnership with The Yellow House, is set to host a red-themed art exhibit in February. RED, a specially curated art event, is open to submission from Jan. 25 to Feb. 7. All mediums are eligible for consideration, and artists of any age and skill level are welcome to submit pieces for review and selection. The color red must be featured prominently in the work.

Artists should send good quality images of their submissions to red@ozarkartery.art. Dimensions and mediums of pieces should be included in the email along with the images. There is no set limit to the number of submissions allowed by each artist. There is no cost to submit work. Not all submissions will be chosen.

Bridal Expo

A reception will be held on Feb. 14, 6-8 p.m., opening night of the exhibit at the Yellow House, 209 W. Trish Knight Street, West Plains.

Work must be original, no kits and no copies. Accepted pieces must be wired for hanging and be safe to hold, display and store. No saw-tooth hangers. In the case of 3D works, suitable display equipment must be provided by the artist.

The show will be open for public viewing on Feb. 15 and 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Feb. 16 and 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, see ‘Ozark Artery’ on Facebook or visit ozarkartery.art.
