Ava, MO – On September 2, 2021 at approximately 8:30 p.m., the Ozark/Douglas Multi-jurisdiction Task Force served two warrants on Wesley Sartor, III, age 30, of Mountain Grove, Missouri. Wesley Sartor was arrested and booked into the Douglas County jail on two warrants:
- Failure to Appear Warrant on Possession of Marijuana a Class D Felony, Counterfeiting a Class E Felony, Manufacture of Marijuana a Class E Felony with a Capias Bond (No cash or surety).
- Failure to Appear Warrant was on Operate Vehicle on Highway Without a Valid License – 1st Offense a Class D Misdemeanor, Operate Motor Vehicle Owned by Another Knowing Owner of Vehicle has not Maintained Financial Responsibility a Class D Misdemeanor, Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Seat Belt an Infraction with a $500 Cash Only Bond.
All subjects are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
