West Plains, MO. – Ozark Marketing, the parent company of Ozark Radio News, took home two awards during the 2023 Missouri Broadcasters Association (MBA) Awards Banquet held on Saturday, June 3, held at Lake of the Ozarks.
Ozark Radio News took home 1st Place for “Best Local Website”. In 2022, Ozark Radio News was awarded a Certificate of Merit. According to the MBA’s website, the Best Local Website is rated on Content, User Experience, and Design.
Ozark Marketing also took home a Certificate of Merit for Commercial Announcement – Series for the Cattleman’s Steakhouse series of commercials.
Additionally, the former owners of Ozark Marketing and the Ozark Radio Network, Tom and Shawn Marhefka, were honored for their dedication to broadcasting with a Lifetime Members Award from the MBA.
Beginning on June 1, 2023, Ozark Marketing became part of Better Newspapers, Inc., a Mascoutah, Il. company that owns over 30 publications in Illinois and Missouri.
