Members of the Ozark Spring Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR),
are pleased to welcome its latest new member, Amgela Anderson of West Plains, Missouri at their January 5, 2025 monthly meeting. Angela was able to prove direct lineal descent from American Revolutionary War Patriot Robert Holmes who served in both Pennsylvania and North Carolina during the Revolution. Mr. Holmes was born January 5, 1748 in Ireland, served as a Private during the war, was held prisoner, and subsequently died February 24, 1838 in Sumner County, Tennessee. Chapter members look forward to getting to know Angela better and working along with her during future service projects.
