(The following is a press release from Ozarks Healthcare.)
Ozarks Healthcare will launch its 2026 Community Brand Assessment (CBA) during the first week of November, inviting residents throughout its service area to share their perspectives on local healthcare and Ozarks Healthcare’s role in the community.
Ozarks Healthcare’s mission is to be a trusted partner, empowering healthier lives through care and compassion. Understanding how community members view the organization, what they know about its services and what they value in their healthcare providers is an important part of fulfilling that mission.
“Listening to our community is essential to understanding how we can continue to grow and meet the needs of the people we serve,” Terence Farrell, Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO, said. “This assessment gives residents an opportunity to share their perspectives and help us better understand what matters most to them when it comes to healthcare.”
Last conducted in 2017, the Community Brand Assessment will examine awareness of Ozarks Healthcare’s services, community perceptions, reputation and the factors that influence residents’ healthcare choices. The study will also help identify how community expectations and perceptions may have changed over time.
The feedback gathered through this research will help Ozarks Healthcare better understand its position within the region and inform future marketing initiatives, strategic priorities and investments in programs and services. By listening to residents and learning from their perspectives, Ozarks Healthcare can make more informed decisions about how to serve the evolving needs of the communities it supports.
Ozarks Healthcare is partnering with VVV Consultants LLC, based in Olathe, Kansas, to conduct the assessment. Beginning the first week of November, randomly selected residents may receive a paper survey by mail, a postcard with a QR code linking to the survey, or an email invitation to participate. Responses will be kept confidential and used to help Ozarks Healthcare better understand community perspectives.
Community participation is encouraged. Residents throughout the Ozarks Healthcare service area will be invited to participate in the assessment and share their feedback. Community members are encouraged to watch for survey information in November and take the opportunity to share their thoughts. This feedback will help Ozarks Healthcare better understand community awareness, perceptions and expectations and identify opportunities to strengthen healthcare services and connections throughout the region.
