Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic serving Health Needs of Students, Staff, and Faculty through June

WEST PLAINS, MO – While school is out of session for the summer across the Ozarks, Ozarks Healthcare’s Zizzer Clinic is open through the end of June, providing healthcare services for students. The Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic is part of a special collaboration between the health system and the West Plains School District and is located on the school’s campus.

Students, staff, and faculty from the West Plains School District (including South Fork Elementary), as well as students from the South Central Career Center in West Plains, can come to the clinic for routine health checks, treatment of minor injuries, mental health services, or illness. Walk-ins are accepted, but appointments can also be make in advance.

“We’re grateful to be able to offer continued healthcare for our students and educators through the summer,” Tom Keller, Ozarks Healthcare President and CEO, said. “We have a great team of staff, including one of our family nurse practitioners, Megan Jones, who are here to meet the health needs of those in our school system. Your health needs don’t take a vacation, and they are here to make sure summer can be safely enjoyed.”

The Ozarks Healthcare Zizzer Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. for appointments and walk-ins through the end of June.
