WEST PLAINS, MO – The Ozark Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) is pleased to announce that one of its client business’ has received prestigious recognition. Palindrome Express, LLC owned by Trevor and Gloria Macy, recently received an exceptional honor within the trucking industry. The National Association of Small Trucking Companies (NASTC) represents over 13,000 trucking companies in the U.S. and Canada that employ over 125,000 drivers collectively. Each year the association sponsors a driver of the year program to recognize the very best drivers within their group. Among the drivers selected to this year’s team of “Drivers of the Year” was Jesse Wilbanks, who drives for Palindrome Express, LLC of West Plains, MO.
“As a recipient of this prestigious award, Mr. Wilbanks joins a very elite group that represents the very best of our 125,000 drivers,” stated Buster Anderson, Executive Chief of NASTC. “Palindrome Express, LLC is very proud of their drivers and should be very proud of themselves as well,” Mr. Anderson added. “It says a lot about a company when they can attract and keep employees of this caliber.”
Family owned and operated, Palindrome Express, LLC was founded in June of 2017 and has an office located at 1436 West 8th Street in West Plains, MO. They specialize in hauling general freight primarily in the Midwest using company drivers and can offer owner operator opportunities as well. Trevor Macy, president of Palindrome Express, is an award-winning former driver for USA Trucks and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Jesse Wilbanks has driven for Palindrome Express for over 9 years, been a professional driver for over 27 years and has accumulated over 2,000,000 accident-free miles. The award ceremony honoring Mr. Wilbanks was cancelled due to the pandemic, but NASTC cannot wait to honor him in person at their next Annual Conference in Nashville, TN on November 5, 2021.
