West Plains, MO. – Join Missouri Department of Economic Development Senior Project Manager, Taylor Mazdra, to learn all about the ARPA Small Business Grant and how to apply.
The Small Business Grant Program provides assistance to small businesses through reimbursements for expenses resulting from negative economic impacts experienced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses must be able to show a negative economic impact with a direct connection to the pandemic in the period from March 3, 2021 through the application period. Come to the informational workshop to learn about additional eligibility guidelines, required documentation, and best practices for applying for funds.
It is expected that final application guidelines will be released November 1, 2022 and applications will be accepted starting November 14, 2022. These dates are subject to change. Small Business Grant Guidelines are in draft form and are subject to change.

Senior Project Manager | DED
As Senior Project Manager with the Federal Initiatives Division at the Missouri Department of Economic Development (DED), Taylor Mazdra is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of the both the Small Business and Entertainment Industry grants through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). After graduating from Southeast Missouri State University in 2017 with a degree in Mass Communications, Taylor spent five years at the Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce where she found her footing in service of local business. Through her work with DED, Taylor is developing strategic programs that will make a generational difference for businesses across the state.
