OzSBI to host Supervisor Boot Camp: Leadership Series starting April 1

Supervisors today face a world of tremendous change and challenge. The Ozarks Small Business Incubator will host the Supervisor Boot Camp: Leadership Series beginning on April 1, 2022. The Leadership series is designed for new and experienced supervisors and managers who want to keep their knowledge and skill consistent with, or a step ahead, of the demands of the workplace. The “Boot Camp” has been designed to build skills in the basic competencies that supervisors need most in leading employees to greater individual, team, and organizational performance.

Classes will be held on the first four Fridays in the month of April from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The cost is $800 per person or $750 for OzSBI Members. Lunch is provided. The deadline to register is March 30, 2022 at 4 p.m.
