West Plains, MO. – OzSBI, or the Ozarks Small Business Incubator, has two planned workshops for aspiring entrepreneurs, business veterans, and those who simply wish to grow and know more.
The first is called Smart Start. This workshop is meant to teach participants a roadmap for success when it comes to starting a new enterprise. This workshop is free to attend.
The second class is called Pivot Tables Plus, and is a class meant for those who love Excel Spreadsheets, and wish to know more on how to use it. This is the most technical class OzSBI offers for Excel. Read below for more information on each.
Smart Start: Developing a Successful Business is a free course offered by OzSBI that teaches entrepreneurs and small business owners the critical first steps involved with starting a small business and sets up a roadmap for success. Attendees will learn the ins and outs of starting a business, how and why to create a business plan, and how to understand the finances from the start. This workshop is facilitated by OzSBI CEO Heather Fisher and OzSBI mentor Cheri Combs. The workshop will be held Thursday, January 26 from 2:00-4:30 at OzSBI.
Pivot Tables Plus will be held on January 31, 2022 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm facilitated by Jonathan Smith. This advanced workshop will help attendees who are already familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Excel understand and use pivot tables, pivot charts, and other advanced tasks. Attendees will learn why and where pivot tables are used and how to create, use, and customize them, as well as how to use splicers to manipulate data.
