The Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI) is pleased to welcome its newest tenant, Theresa Gehlken with USA Mortgage, to the OzSBI.
Theresa joined USA Mortgage in Mountain View, Missouri, in March 2021. She brings a wealth of banking experience, beginning her career as a teller and later moving into comprehensive lending roles with a specialization in mortgage loan origination. She believes customer care, product knowledge, effective communication and teamwork are essential foundations for success in the lending industry.
To broaden her impact and better serve clients across the region, Theresa has opened a second office at OzSBI. She is eager to serve the West Plains community, area homebuyers and local realtors, bringing her expertise and reputation as a skilled, knowledgeable mortgage lending professional.
