West Plains, Mo. – A Pennsylvania man wanted for several crimes including rape and incest was arrested near West Plains by US Marshals on Tuesday. William Henry Hess, Jr., age 35, was arrested at a location east of West Plains on County Road 8040 on numerous active felony warrants. Hess is to be delivered to Butler County, Pa.
Hess is charged with Incest, 1st degree Rape, Sexual Assault, Statutory Rape of a Person Less than 14 Years of Age – 1st Degree, and Strangulation. These charges stem from an incident that occurred in November 2021 near Brady, PA.
