Passenger Injured After Jumping from Motorcycle

A 41-year-old man from Ellington sustained moderate injuries after jumping from a moving motorcycle on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. The incident occurred at approximately 3:52 p.m. on U.S. Highway 60 at Highway U.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 58-year-old man, also from Ellington, was operating the motorcycle when the passenger jumped off, landing in the roadway. The rider was able to maintain control of the motorcycle and drive it from the scene.
