WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The West Plains Police Department says phone service has been partially restored to the department as of 7 pm Thursday.
The department says the public can now call the business line at 417-256-2244 to reach dispatch.

The department announced Tuesday evening that phone service at the department was disrupted.
