West Plains, Mo. – The City of West Plains will be performing a planned power outage on Friday, July 15th at 9 a.m.
The outage will affect the 1500 block of 1st Street and the 1300-1600 block of Broadway Avenue. The outage should last roughly 30 minutes.

The power will be shut off while maintenance crews perform work on a power transformer.
