Winona, MO. – According to a recent announcement from Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative, some within the vicinity of Winona and others will be experiencing a power outage scheduled for tomorrow.
This outage is aimed for 11:59pm, March 12th, and will occur as Sho-Me Power crews shut off the Winona substation. The power is expected to be out for roughly 5 hours while crews work.

Those affected will likely include sections of Shannon, Oregon and Carter Counties.
