Mansfield, MO. – The Mansfield and Seymour Police Departments are asking for help in finding and catching a man wanted for sexually assaulting children under the age of twelve.
Jacob O’Neal is facing several charges out of Greene County for sex crimes against minors. O’Neal was allowed to stay at his home while awaiting trial and when the police showed up to check in, they found that he had cut off his ankle monitor and ran from the residence. His bond was initially set at $100,000 but was negotiated down to $50,000. He posted bail with the condition that he wear the ankle monitor.
On a flyer posted by the Seymour Police Department, Jacob O’Neal is described as a white 5’9″ male. He weighs 185 lbs and has blue eyes and blonde hair. He has a tattoo across his throat and several injuries on his wrists.
