West Plains, MO. – The West Plains Wal-Mart has closed off a section of their parking lot for an unexpected construction project they will now have to undertake.
This is due to a sinkhole that has formed close to the building that has potentially made the area around it dangerous for parking. As it stands, roughly half the parking lot has now been closed off.

The official announcement from Walmart West Plains says that they understand this is a major inconvenience to shoppers, and that they will be expediting the process where they can. However, no estimated time for a repair window has been announced.
