West Plains, MO. – At roughly 8:55 a.m. on Tuesday, January 24th, the Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative announced on social media that there is currently a power outage west of West Plains and along Highway 160. HOEC crews are headed out to address the problem and correct it.
It is estimated that 300 members are currently without power.
