Previous Felon Arrested Following Short Chase, DUI, and Evidence Tampering

Twin Bridges, MO. – A man previously charged of 2nd Degree Murder has been arrested while on parole after an attempt to escape police, drunk driving, and attempting to dispose of the evidence.

This occurred when Douglas County Lieutenant Wallace gave chase to a vehicle that was driving recklessly at a high rate of speed near Twin Bridges. After a short chase, the driver, Kenny Rosenbum, age 46 of West Plains, stopped and exited his vehicle and began to try to dispose of alcohol in the vehicle.

Rosenbum was currently on Felony Parole for a 2007 case of 2nd degree murder, and has been charged with Resisting Arrest by Fleeing, Driving While Intoxicated, and Tampering with Physical Evidence.

Rosenbums passenger, Sunshine Ledbetter, age 44 of West Plains, was also arrested and cited for misdemeanor possession of drugs.
