The University of Missouri Extension will host two Private Pesticide Applicator Training sessions in Howell County this spring, offering both renewal and initial certification opportunities for individuals seeking to apply restricted use pesticides.
The sessions will be held in person at the Howell County Extension Center, located at 1376 Bill Virdon Blvd, West Plains, MO 65775, on the following dates:
- Tuesday, March 11, 2025 | 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Friday, April 25, 2025 | 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
This training is for Category 20 Private Pesticide Applicators and includes the required core training only. The training is essential for both those renewing an existing certification and those applying for the first time.
The registration fee is $75, and participants are encouraged to register and pay online. Cash or check payments will be accepted at the event, but exact change is required for cash payments.
