Gainesville, MO. – A man from Protem, MO. has been inflicted with serious injuries following a crash on Friday night, November 17th.
The location of this crash was in Ozark County, US 160, just 1 mile west of Gainesville, MO. At around 9 pm, Levi Hambleton, age 41 of Protem, was operating a Jeep Laredo when he ran off the roadway. This led to the Laredo striking a concrete curve and overturned, totaling the vehicle.
Hambleton was not wearing a safety device, and the injuries sustained left him in serious condition. Air Evac transported Hambleton to Cox South in Springfield for treatment. There was no indication on the report as to why the driver traveled off the roadway.
The investigator of this crash was Master Sergeant C.A. Hogue of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
