(West Plains) Anytime you see a downed power line, there are two things you should remember:

First, do not go near it. Second, report it immediately.
According to West Plains city clerk Mallory Snodgrass, there was an incident late last week in the city which served as a reminder of what not to do.
Give a wide berth to downed power lines every time and contact local power officials immediately.
